Heel Pain Persisted for Six Months Without Results

A patient came to us after suffering from heel pain for over six months. He had received injections from an orthopedist, undergone rehabilitation at another center, tried shockwave therapy and X-ray treatment—all without significant relief. His first steps each morning were painful; at night, he couldn’t even walk to the bathroom, and during the day, the pain worsened. If he sat for a while, he had to “walk it off” again. By the time he reached us, the heel of his other foot had also started hurting.

He had spent so much time undergoing examinations that his employer gave him an ultimatum: get better or be fired. After finding out about us on Facebook, he asked his general practitioner for a referral—this was his last hope.

Common rehabilitation procedures in Slovakia often work only after long delays, and long-term healing success for this type of heel pain is seen in less than 30% of patients. However, based on our training in the USA, we have introduced new treatment protocols that allow us to heal heel pain in 9 out of 10 patients within 3–5 days.

This patient was no exception. We resolved his heel pain during the very first visit—within 20 minutes. At a follow-up a week later, he reported being able to work fully again, and the pain had completely disappeared.
