Sports Medicine – Examinations, Testing, and Consulting
In our center, a sports medical examination is far more than just a formality.
We take an individual approach to each athlete, aiming to thoroughly assess their current health status, physical performance, and identify risk factors that could affect their sports activity or long-term health. The examination typically takes about 2 hours.
We provide consultations for athletes in case of injury, follow-ups after sports medical examinations, athletic counseling, and rehabilitation for athletes enrolled in our post-examination care program at our facilities in Prešov and Humenné.
Blood and urine sampling, stress testing, metabolic testing, specialized and functional assessments of specific body parts based on the sport are performed at our laboratory in Humenné or directly at sports venues.
In addition to professional athletes, registered amateur athletes, and referees, we also work with unregistered amateur athletes whenever our capacity allows. Our goal is to support amateurs as well, giving them the opportunity to train safely and consult on their health status and the suitability of specific sports tailored to them.

Booking a sports medical examination
We conduct examinations year-round, with priority given to professional athletes from partner clubs. Other athletes are examined based on current availability, so we recommend booking well in advance.
